What the Deep Dive is

A one-off review of one funnel you name at checkout: the Deep Dive + Live Test. It includes a crawl of up to 10 public pages of the funnel with the free scan’s checks on each page, plus deeper ones; an AI review of copy, offer, proof, objections and ads (including suggested rewrites of your own lines); a web reputation check; a comparison with up to 3 similar businesses; a review and edit of every finding by a person; a live test of the funnel as a test lead (what comes after the form); rewrites of the messages the test lead receives; a personal video review with feedback and fixes; and a 30-minute call with the person who tested your funnel, booked with you after delivery. Template emails and texts, where included, are labelled as templates. The crawl never fills in or submits your forms.

• Competitor discovery, included: if you name fewer than 3 competitors at checkout, after payment an AI model searches the public web, starting from public facts of your funnel (brand, offer, headline, the audience it speaks to, a short excerpt of its text) and any country or language hints, and suggests your closest competitors. A person checks its suggestions; we keep up to 3 (counting the ones you named yourself), load one public page of each, read-only, and compare them with your funnel. If we find fewer than 3 that are truly comparable, the report says so and explains why. The report says which competitors were found by AI and links the public sources it used.

AI tools (Anthropic) draft parts of the review. A person checks and edits the result, and nothing is delivered before we approve it. The review is our professional opinion. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and we don’t promise any particular result.

Your permission for the live test

This applies to the Deep Dive + Live Test. At checkout you confirm that you own or control the funnel and allow us to go through it once as a test lead: opt in and book with a clearly labelled test identity, receive your follow-up messages, and then cancel the test booking. Treat the test lead like any lead; we cancel the booking ourselves. We store that confirmation with the time, your IP address and the exact wording.

We never log in to your accounts, change your pages or pay for anything in your funnel. If your funnel can’t be tested (for example, it is offline or needs a payment to book), we tell you and deliver the rest.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay and fixed when you start the checkout. The Deep Dive + Live Test costs $997 for the first 20 clients (the founding price). After that the price rises; the new price is shown on the site before anyone pays it. [Prices include / exclude VAT: state which, and how tax is shown at checkout.]

Competitor discovery and the 30-minute call are included in the price: there is no extra charge and no extra line at checkout.

You pay on the payment provider’s secure page shown at checkout (card payments, where offered, are processed by Stripe; crypto payments, where offered, by the crypto payment provider shown there). We never see your card details.

If you hire us for a build, we credit what you paid for your Deep Dive + Live Test in full toward the build’s price. A build is from about $5k, priced on your numbers. Each payment is credited once.

Delivery within 72 hours

After your payment, your private order page asks a few questions about your business (a few are needed to run the work; the rest are optional). The work starts when you send your answers, and we deliver within 72 hours of that, through your private order page (and by email when we can send one): the report, its PDF and the video. If we don’t, you get a full refund (see the refund policy). You can keep what we deliver late.

The 30-minute call follows the delivery: book it with the link on your order page, or we email you to set a time.

We only run as many Deep Dive + Live Test orders at once as we can deliver on time. When we are full, the order page says so and you can join the waitlist.

Cancelling and the right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer (for yourself, not for a business) and live in the EU or the UK, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of the day you pay, without giving a reason.

Starting right away. At checkout you ask us to start the work during those 14 days, and you confirm that your right to cancel ends once the Deep Dive has been fully delivered. We keep that confirmation with its time, your IP address and the exact wording. In practice:

• Before delivery, you can still cancel. Write to info@leakproof.agency with your order reference (or use any clear statement). We refund what you paid, minus a fair share for the work already done up to the moment you told us, in proportion to the whole service. If nothing has been done yet, you get everything back.
• After delivery (the report is on your order page, and for the Deep Dive + Live Test the video too), the right to cancel has ended. Our refund policy still applies, including the full refund when we are late.

We pay any refund within 14 days of your cancellation, by the same payment method you used.

If you buy for a business, there is no legal right to cancel; our refund policy applies.

Liability
